WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OUR LOW MOISTURE CLEANING SYSTEM VS. "STEAM CLEANING" OR TRUCK MOUNT SYSTEMS?
First of all there is no such thing as "steam cleaning" when it comes to carpet cleaning. When you see the term "steam cleaning" that is simply a marketing ploy. There is simply no way to steam clean a carpet. What is actually being done is called Hot Water Extraction. Hot or warm water is mixed with a detergent and sprayed onto the carpet at 400-500 psi (pounds per square inch). The water is then sucked out of the carpet with a vacuum attachment. So what you have is just power washing your carpets. The problem is that the dirt and water are driven down deep into the carpet backing and subfloor which can cause health issues and may cause the spots and stains to reappear when the carpet eventually dries.

Our system does not inject water down to the backing, padding and subfloor. Our system gently scrubs the carpet fibers down to the bottom and we extract the dirt with super absorbent cleaning pads. Our system uses a fraction of the water that is used in other systems or methods.
